manifester lundi soir prochain.
CASSOPOLIS - A Dowagiac woman who violently slapped
and assaulted her partially blind 70-year-old mother was found guilty of
domestic violence by a Cass County jury on Tuesday.
The senior citizen had shown a willingness to help others, including allowing
Donna True, her 44-old-daughter, to live in her home at 206 Elizabeth St. The daughter took advantage of the situation and the mother was soon sleeping
in sparse conditions in the laundry room.
On Oct. 24, 2004, tempers flared and the defendant attacked her elderly
mother, slapping her in the face, pushing the frail woman down and using a
bowl to inflict injuries to her mother's arms.
The domestic violence case was presented to the jury by Cass County Assistant
Prosecutor Cara Hornbach. Fourth District Court Judge Paul Deats presided over
the trial.
Pictures introduced revealed cut and scrap marks on both arms of the victim.
Testimony confirmed that the defendant caused those injuries. Hornbach argued that the defendant repeatedly attacked a victim unable to see,
let alone fend off the attacks.
The two-man, four-woman jury agreed and returned an "as charged" verdict in
five minutes.
Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz credited the victory to solid work by the
Dowagiac Police Department, theprosecutor's staff and increased public
awareness of the dangers of domestic violence.
"Just as increased pressure on drunk drivers has decreased alcohol highway
deaths, a heightened awareness about domestic violence is helping reduce
domestic violence murders," Fitz said.
True will be scheduled for sentencing later this month and faces up to a year
in the county jail.
The defendant has been convicted of domestic violence on three previous
occasions.
TWO teenage girls threatened to kill a nine-year-old boy after robbing his
mother of just £1 in an Edinburgh street. The girl muggers, who are believed to have struck twice within ten minutes,
grabbed the boy from his mother as they walked home from church through George
Square.
A stiletto heel was held to the terrified youngster's head as the pair
demanded cash from 34-year-old Milja Radaric. The girls snatched nine-year-old Mina after terrified student Ms Radaric gave
in to their initial demands and gave the teenagers £1. She said: "One of the
girls then grabbed my son by the hair and pulled him back holding the shoe to
his head. "The heel was only about an inch away from his eyes. "I tried to grab him but then one of the girls punched me in the side of the
head and grabbed my bag. "They kept saying that they would kill my son if I didn't hand over my bag." Miss Radovic said that the two girls could not have been any older than 17. "We were attacked by children," she said. "I was not frightened for myself, I
was frightened for my son. "Who could possibly think about harming a nine-year-old boy? After the attack
I feel as though I'm not safe in this city." The attack happened at 9.40pm on Sunday. Just ten minutes earlier a 25-year-old woman was punched by two girls and had
her handbag ripped from her in Buccleuch Place. Police today appealed for help to track down the pair who carried out the
attacks while the area was busy with Festival revellers. Police are now studying CCTV footage in the hope that the attackers were
captured on camera. A spokesman for Lothian and Borders Police said: "The woman was walking along
George Square with her eight-year-old son when the terrifying attack occurred. "It would have been quite a safe time to walk in this area of the city as
there would have been quite a lot of people around. "This attack was terrifying for both the young boy, whom the girls threatened
to kill, and his mother. "They only got away with a £1 coin. They dumped the handbag and when it was
handed in to the police nothing had been stolen from it. "It appears that the two girls had been drinking." The spokesman added: "We would like to hear from anybody who may have been in
George Square on Sunday night who remembers seeing this attack." Both attackers are described as being aged between 16 and 17. The one who held the shoe to the boy's head was about 5ft, medium build with
long fair hair. She was wearing a grey blouse with a black jacket and black high-heel shoes.
The other attacker was 5ft with short brown hair and was wearing a black top,
grey trousers and dark trainers. In a similar attack last month, a young mother was attacked and robbed by two
women as she pushed her baby in a pram along the city's Gracemount Drive. The 21-year-old woman was forced to the ground while the pair threatened to
harm her baby and demanded money. The terrified mother handed over a small amount of cash and the two women
fled.
A long-running neighbourhood quarrel ended up in court with an innocent
70-year-old man accused of hurling racist abuse at a teenage girl. Fredrick Turvey told Norwich magistrates he had endured taunts and insults
from two teenage girls for 18 months and yet it was he who ended up facing
charges. The girls accused Mr Turvey of losing his temper and swearing at them after
they threw snoballs at his first floor flat in Tunstall Close, Bowthorpe, on
February 23. But magistrates said the girl evidence lacked credibility and they cleared Mr
Turvey of racially aggravated disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct. Announcing the courts' decision, chairman Robert Price told Mr Turvey: “There
has been a history of bad feeling. It is not in dispute that the girls had
used bad language and insults to you on previous occasions. “Looking at the girls' evidence their versions of events differ significantly
from one another. “Your evidence, from start to finish, was more credible.” Mr Turvey, a former lorry driver, said told the magistrates he had suffered
“all sorts of hassle” at the hands of Whitney Bullard and Kayleigh Alden, both
14. He also told the court he even had bricks thrown through his window, but did
not say who he believed was responsible for that. Giving evidence by a court video link, Miss Alden alleged Mr Turvey swore at
Miss Bullard and said why didn't she go back to her “own country”. She agreed that she had called him lots of names in the past, including
swearing at him and saying he was bald and fat. Miss Bullard said that they saw Mr Turvey again shortly afterwards, when he
had been shouting at them for throwing snowballs. But her friend said they did not see him again that day. Mr Turvey said there was “no way” he had sworn or made the racist comments or
gesture alleged. All he said, after the snowballs were thrown, was that he was going to ring
the police. Speaking after the court hearing yesterday, Mr Turvey, who lives with his
14-year-old daughter, said he had been suffering problems for the past 18
months. “It all started because the two girls that took me to court used to come round
mine to see my daughter,” he said. He claimed problems started after he banned them from the house because they
had been causing trouble. He said: “They give me so much hell it's unbelievable. I've had hell and its
making me sick.” He said he had other problems with people trying to put dirt through his cat
flap and smearing chips on his car. “I've got to get out of here - I've tried, but I'm in arrears with my rent and
I've got to pay that up before I can go,” said Mr Turvey, who moved to
Bowthorpe from Grimston, near King's Lynn. “They are all young round here and I feel I'm picked on because I'm old,” he
said. “I've suffered a lot - I've had a lot of hassle,” said Mr Turvey. Yesterday Kayleigh's mother, Kerry, 32, said she was “not very happy” that Mr
Turvey was cleared. Whitney's mum Chanelle Bullard, 41, said: “I'm disgusted with the justice
system. You go through all that for what? I think the justice system stinks, I
really do.”
NEW YORK -- A teenage girl has pleaded guilty to stabbing to death
another girl during a fight over a boy.
In exchange for the guilty plea, Tiffany Pelaez, 17, of Queens, will be
sentenced to eight to 10 years in prison. She could have gotten 25 years to
life if she went to trial.
The fight happened Oct. 11 near the Latimer Gardens Housing complex in
Flushing, when Frances Hynds, 15, slashed Pelaez with a box cutter, the Queens
district attorney said.
Police said the two girls had their friendship broken up by a young man, who
first dated Hynds but was not going out with Pelaez.
The boyfriend, Raymond Almodovar, 20, and another teenager, Hannah Van Fleet,
16, have been charged with manslaughter for giving a knife to Pelaez after she
was slashed with the box cutter. Prosecutors said the two friends yelled for
Pelaez to go and stab Hynds.
CLIFTON, N.J. -- A woman and her boyfriend allegedly plotted to kill
her husband so she could cash in on a $100,000 life insurance policy, but
authorities say the plan was foiled when the husband fought back after the
boyfriend tried to shoot him inside the couple's home.
April Russo, 29, and Matthew Carley, 35, were both charged with attempted
murder and conspiracy and were being held Friday at Passaic County Jail on
$500,000 bail each.
Russo had initially told authorities that Carley -- her former boss at a
Totowa sports bar -- had a "fatal attraction" for her, but they doubted her
story and, after being questioned at length, eventually gave a statement that
led to the charges being filed late Wednesday night.
According to authorities, Carley drove to the couple's Clifton home and, just
after midnight Tuesday, entered it through two unlocked back doors. Armed with
a gun, he then went upstairs and waited outside the couple's bedroom.
At this time, Russo awoke her husband, Brian Grogan, 29, and told him someone
was in the house. Grogan then opened the door to investigate and encountered
Carley, who authorities said tried unsuccessfully to shoot him from close
range.
Grogan slammed the door shut and darted into a closet, where his wife of four
years was already dialing 911. But he quickly remembered that their
18-month-old daughter was sleeping in an adjoining room, so he went to get her
but was instead attacked by Carley, who hit him in the head with the gun.
The injured Grogan soon wrestled the gun from Carley, who authorities said was
about four inches taller than Grogan and 50 pounds heavier, but he then
toppled down the stairs and stumbled out the front door just as police arrived
on the scene.
Carley then fled on foot, but he eventually was captured late Tuesday night at
an apartment he was subleasing in Scotch Plans.
A 17-year-old girl has been charged after
another 17-year-old girl was stabbed in Swan River early Tuesday morning. RCMP said the two girls had been at a party together before the stabbing,
which occurred on Main Street. “There were some problems at the party which carried over onto the street,”
said Cpl. Dave Bettesworth. The victim was treated at Swan Valley Hospital for superficial wounds and
released, police said. The accused was scheduled to appear in Dauphin
provincial court yesterday.
A teenage girl has appeared in court in
Paisley this afternoon charged with murdering her 14 year old sister. Amanda
Muchan is also accused of assaulting an older man.
It's alleged that on two separate occasions, Amanda Muchan from Ferguslie Park
in Paisley assaulted her 14 year old sister Kerry Muchan. The 16 year old is
accused of repeatedly punching and kicking her sister on the head and body,
seizing her by the hair, pulling her along the ground to her severe injury.
The girl was found unconscious in her home in Dalkeith Avenue at around 3.20
on Saturday morning.
She was taken to the town's Royal Alexandra Hospital, where she later died.
Muchan is also alleged to have assaulted a George McKee, also from the same
address in Ferguslie Park, by striking him on the body with a knife, a garden
hoe, pots and pans.
After being judicially examined in private, Amanda Muchan was remanded in
custody by Sheriff George Kavanagh.
BRYAN - A 25-year-old Bryan woman who reported
being raped on July 30 was charged Tuesday in Bryan Municipal Court with
falsification because police said an assault never occurred.
"During the investigation, Andrea Miller was caught in several lies about this
complaint," a police report states.
Among them, the report said, was a claim that she did not have sexual
relations with a man when, in fact, she did. Ms. Miller said she lied about
that, the report said, because she did not want her fiance to find out she had
been with someone else.
The charges against Ms. Miller accuse her of misleading public officials in
performing official functions. If convicted, she faces a maximum punishment of
six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Laurel police are planning to file charges against two women who made a false
rape and abduction report.
The woman who claimed she was a victim of rape on Aug. 14 admitted to police
that the report was false, said Laurel Police spokesman Jim Collins.
"We don’t know the motive behind these two for what they did yet," Collins
said.
One of the two women reported that about 10 a.m. Aug. 14 that she had been
raped by two men after she accepted a ride to work from them near the
intersection of Laurel Bowie Road and Route 198.
She claimed the men raped her in the 9600 block of Fort Meade Road, but she
jumped out of the suspects’ vehicle when it stopped at a traffic light. She
said she ran down Route 198 until another woman in a car offered to help her,
but that the suspects came after them and abducted the second woman.
The first victim said she then drove the woman’s car to her home, and waited
about five hours before calling police, Collins said.
But when police arrived, the person inside refused at first to open the door.
City police then called for help from county police. Upon entering, police
found the second woman "incoherent," Collins said. At that point, the first
woman entered the home, and told police it had been a false report.
"It took all day to figure out what was going on, and calling in extra
detectives to help with the case," Collins said.
6 August 2005 2 separate complaints of rape made to Hamilton police last night have
turned out to be false.
Two separate complaints of rape made to Hamilton police last night have turned
out to be false. They were made by women aged 18 and 19. Detectives spent the night trying to identify and find the alleged offenders
before discovering the claims were false. Detective Sergeant Nigel Keall says
such complaints have a negative impact on society's perception of sexual
offending, and do not help genuine victims who need support. Police have not decided whether to press charges against the women.
"You are here because
you know something. You can’t explain what you know, but you feel it.
You’ve felt it your entire life; that there is something wrong with the
world. It is like a splinter in your mind driving you mad. It is this
feeling that brought you here.
The Family Law Crisis
is everywhere. Even now in this very room. You can see it when you look out
your window or when you enter the court room. You can feel it when you go to
work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that
has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
The truth is that you
are a slave to Family Law. Like everyone else you were born into its
bondage. Drawn into a deadly trap that you cannot smell or taste or touch.
It is a prison for your mind.
Unfortunately no one
can be told what Family Law is. You have to experience it for yourself. If
you pay the “child support bill” and accept being a visiting parent, the
story ends. You will wake up in your bed and believe… whatever it is you
want to believe.
If you refuse to pay
the bill or to accept being an unequal parent then you stay in this
wonderland, and we show you how deep the rabbit hole goes…..
Remember, all we offer
is the truth, nothing more…."
Lise Payette,
politique.
Comme le dit
Payette :
« … on a besoin
Le but ultime?
qui leur accordent l’essentiel des biens de leur ex-mari lors du divorce;
Payette vit
depuis trop longtemps sur la planète Vénus. Marois a fait carrière avec la
« montée des privilèges acquis » du féminisme.
Payette a quand
Domestic
violence is hardly an exclusively male phenomenon, but that's not the
way society looks at it
Terry O'Neill - October 25, 2004
Being roughed up by a woman is an
embarrassment few men are anxious to disclose, even to family and
close friends. Which makes it all the more remarkable that a
Kamloops, B.C., man has willingly revealed to the general public the
details of a March 2003 incident in which he alleges his smaller,
common-law wife pushed him against a wall, threw a stack of CDs at
him, then began to pummel him. But Scott Crockford maintains in a
written account of the incident that when he defended himself, and
in the process wrenched his wife's arm, RCMP officers later charged
only him. Those charges were eventually stayed. But Crockford's
encounter with the justice system convinced him to file a human
rights complaint against the B.C. Ministry of the Attorney General.
Crockford's complaint, filed in April of
2003, is that in B.C., as in other Canadian provinces, police and
Crown prosecutors routinely discriminate against men in domestic
disputes. Specifically, he charges that government spousal-assault
policy is so biased that men are routinely charged and prosecuted in
marital spats, even when the evidence points overwhelmingly to a
woman being at fault. In July of last year the B.C. Human Rights
Tribunal dropped Crockford's complaint against the RCMP, which, as a
federal body, is exempt from its provincial jurisdiction. In
September 2003, it agreed to hear Crockford's complaint against
B.C.'s attorney general, but in April the province's lawyers
intervened, asking the Supreme Court of B.C. to end the proceedings.
A court hearing is not expected for several months. In the meantime,
federal Justice Minister Irwin Cotler has announced plans to
introduce new legislation aimed at reducing spousal abuse. Many
critics point out, however, that whenever governments decide to get
tough on spousal abuse, it boils down to one thing: prosecuting more
men.
t's indisputable that spousal
assault is a big problem in this country; but the fact is, despite
the traditional stereotypes offered up by feminist theoreticians and
much of the mainstream media, domestic violence is hardly an
exclusively male phenomenon. While a review of sentencing records
published in Statistics Canada's Family Violence in Canada,
released this year, showed males accounting for 92 per cent of
persons convicted of spousal assault, its 1999 General Society
Survey--which relied on telephone interviews, not court
records--found females comprising only 55 per cent of the victims in
a reported 1.1 million lifetime cases of spousal violence.
It used to be that only the most
serious cases of spousal assault were prosecuted in Canada, the rest
being considered mere domestic or social problems. Under guidelines
introduced by many provinces throughout the 1990s, police and
prosecutors were compelled to make an arrest every time they
answered a call about a domestic dispute that involved a hint of
violence, even if both complainants later asked police not to lay
charges. This must-charge, must-prosecute policy created an
unanticipated problem. In B.C., for example, men were consistently
charged by police, even when there was little evidence to support a
conviction. Prosecutors' hands were tied, too, and they were forced
to process cases right up until the trial, at which time about half
of all spousal-assault charges ended up being dropped. The only
measurable outcome of the new procedures appeared to be a monumental
waste of time and resources, prompting B.C. Attorney General Geoff
Plant to order a review of the policy in 2002. In May 2003--just a
month after Crockford was charged--he announced he was giving
prosecutors more discretion in the laying of charges.
A visit to the B.C. Ministry of
the Attorney General's website, however, makes it easy to see that
there remains a presumption, in that province at least, that spousal
assault is a strictly one-sided problem. One policy, tellingly
titled Violence Against Women in Relationships Policy,
maintains that "it is important that criminal justice system
personnel recognize the power imbalance and the dynamics which
operate to prevent a woman from taking steps to end abuse. A
rigorous approach to arrest, charge and prosecute, as promoted by
this policy, is necessary to help eliminate violence within
relationships." Only a single footnote mentions that the "violence
against women" policy is also intended "to prompt action to
eliminate violence against males in homosexual relationships,
against vulnerable males in heterosexual relationships, and against
women in lesbian relationships." Attorney General Plant was not
available to answer questions about the policy, or about his
ministry's intervention in the Crockford case. But tribunal
documents show that counsellors for the Crown have sworn they were
not influenced by the "must-charge, must-prosecute" policy in their
decision to charge Crockford.
Yet Judith Doulis, the Vancouver
lawyer representing Crockford, says her client believes that the
spousal abuse laws discriminated against him because of his gender.
"There certainly seems to be evidence that there's a
disproportionate number of men who are charged under this policy,
compared to women," says Doulis. And the case has been embraced by
the Canadian arm of Fathers 4 Justice, an international group whose
members have staged high-profile demonstrations in support of equal
treatment of men in child custody cases. (In mid-September, one
member, garbed in a Batman costume, eluded security to climb onto a
ledge at Buckingham Palace. And in New Westminster, B.C., two weeks
later, several costumed protesters scaled a bridge and displayed
pro-fathers signs.) "Any case that highlights the gender inequities
in this kind of issue is a positive development," says the group's
national co-ordinator, Steve Osborne of Saint John, N.B. "Any action
that is related to domestic violence completely ignores the
fundamental principles of justice." In these particular cases, he
says, "the accused's intent--which is half of the element of any
criminal defence--is irrelevant. For example, if the woman says she
was afraid, then the intent of the party they were supposedly afraid
of is irrelevant. And that is completely eroding the criminal
justice system in this country."
But Irene Tsepnopoulos-Elhaimer,
manager of the Vancouver office of Women Against Violence Against
Women, says that without strong regulatory and legal support
structures, women will be afraid to come forward to report spousal
abuse. Men's-rights activists, she claims, are attempting to distort
reality. "This is what's really disturbing," she says, "that they
are trying to do a reversal, that it is somehow women who are
assaulting men." She stands by the assumption that the overwhelming
majority of spouse-on-spouse violence is caused by males. "This is
not 'violence against men,' it's violence against women. This is a
problem that has existed and is continuing now. We're talking about
the power and control, and the power imbalance in our society. Women
continue to be raped, violated, abused in their relationships,
harassed sexually on the job. We are not in power and crimes of
assault are about power and control."
Still, Montreal clinical
psychologist Jonathan Davis says his experience in three decades of
counselling is that "must-charge" policies only undermine
relationships and hurt men. "It creates an extreme power imbalance
in those couples where the woman understands what she can get away
with," Davis says. "Somehow the justice system has been imbued with
feminist ideology, that men are power hungry, controlling beasts,
and that to protect women, you need these laws." In reality, though,
"the most careful psychological research shows that, if we look at
hitting, it's initiated approximately equally often--actually a
little bit more often by women than by men," he says. That may not
jibe with the prevailing theories espoused by high-profile feminist
groups, the mainstream media and many politicians, he says. And
while that may make it an uncomfortable fact, if legislators
genuinely want to protect all victims of spousal abuse from further
pain and suffering, it's one they'll eventually have to confront.

===> Même qu'il faudrait commencer à
===> Et les camionneurs qui travaillent de 70 à 100 heures/semaine ! (pour
salariale NE S'APPLIQUE QU'AUX FEMMES !
Où avais-je la tête ?
b- Pouvoir politique:

Child abuse from Legalist corruption can be stopped.
Yes I now have the
evidence of an intentional cover-up with Mr Jean-Guy Legare, Mr Zavie Levine
and Mr Pierre Bourque C.R. judgement as the Barreau disciplinary committee
about to be signed by them. Simply the disciplinary process at the Barreau du
Quebec is nothing more than a well orchestrated set up to drain the
complainant of his psychologically wellbeing and drain them of entire personal
resorsess. The process is a fraud with corrupt intentions to disable the
public with a pre-conceived agenda to assist the corrupt Lawyer that abused a
child ordered to represent. The church showed them how to do it.
It is clear that a judgement rendered on the 20th of August 2003 by the
Honourable Justice Carole Julien of Superior Court of Longueuil was not of the
opinion that I required special permission from the Chief Justice anymore, and
clearly the court clerk of Longueuil Superior Court called the Chief
justice’s office to verify before accepting my motion of contempt of court
against Ms Miriam Grassby, that was presented to Justice Carole Julien on
August 20th 2003 the month before I filled the complaint with the Barreau du
Quebec.
This is when I was instructed me to submit the complaint as custodial parent
to the Barreau du Quebec hence I filed the complaint in September 2003 after
my hearing of 20th of August, 2003.
Thus the judgement about to be signed by the disciplinary committee of Mr
Jean-Guy Legare, Mr Zavie Levine and Mr Pierre Bourque C.R.is in fact a
judgement completely in bad faith and absent of the fundamental principals of
justice. The evidence I needed to prove the Barreau disciplinary committee is
not going to respect the Supreme Court of Canada’s judgement and is using
incompetent legal analysis and selective preferential sight and will continue
to abuse the public anyway it can even through judgements of an erroneous
application of a technicality.
The flawed disciplinary process at the Barreau du Quebec is to easily prone to
manipulation and it is clear from the conduct of Mr Jean-Guy Legare, Mr Zavie
Levine and Mr Pierre Bourque C.R. on August 18, 2005 and now I have the
evidence of what I claim to put these sick little lawyers up to scrutiny.
I was just wondering what kind of game we would see at the Barreau du Quebec
disciplinary hearings and now I can finally move on to Superior Court the very
place this case should have been in the first place.
All in all mission accomplished now that my son and I can prove the government
and feminist corruption within the Barreau du Quebec and its committee for the
rights of the family, the dysfunctional Disciplinary process and the top
feminist lawyer Miriam Grassby president of the committee not protecting and
representing her child client before Justice Silcoff.
Well if that is protecting the public I real am at a loss for words and the
court opinion is very much required at this point.
I will be appealing the judgement of the Barreau du Quebec’s disciplinary
committee’s decision of August 18th 2005 and now add other litigations to seek
the remedies and damages as the law permits. The Finney vs. Barreau du Quebec
sets $25,000.00 as damages for not protecting the public.
In fact to fund the litigations I will be offer a share of the fight winnings
of Braunschweiler VS Grassby the Canadian legal fight of this century.
I think I will be offering a certificate coupon for ($25.00) Twenty five
dollars that will be redeemable for five times its value $125.00 a hundred and
twenty five or double $250.00 if damage awards from court is over $200,000.00.
When this case is over the value of the coupon will be paid from damages
awards or story royalties.
So for as little as $25.00 dollars people can join in on the fun to smash
legalist corruption and know that your money is fighting child abuse from
legalist corruption and may increase in value if Mechanic beats Lawyer.
Braunschweiler Vs Grassby coupon. Who will win in the end its a race?
I still have a trick or two up my sleeve called the evolution of constructive
law.

A message from Bin Laden to
all Al Qaeda and Taliban Operatives in Canada
Myself
and the Supreme Al Qaeda Council I have come to the conclusion that unlike in
the U.S.A., where the American people still strongly believe in freedom
and democracy, we do not need to launch any terrorist attacks on Canada. It
would appear that Canada’s own government and Canada’s family court system are
actually helping aid in our cause to take over and destroy the Western
Christian culture and doing it with far greater efficiency than any army in
the world.
Al Qaeda
researchers in Canada have discovered various factors at work in the
country that seem to support our goals and make direct terrorist attacks
against Canadian targets totally unnecessary. It would appear that Canada’s
family courts are destroying Canadian fathers and families in such huge
numbers that the Canadian family as we now know it will soon be extinct. Some
Canadians themselves have claimed that family court judges are committing acts
of terrorism on the Canadian people and we all know how we support terrorism.
It already seems that few natural Canadian men want to get married, have
families and raise kids. This is a perfect formula for eradicating natural
born peoples and replacing them with people from other cultures. With a
declining birth rate of natural Canadians, they will need immigrants to fill
in the void. Of course we will have lots of our Taliban friends back home
with forged documents ready to fill this void. Many of our Taliban supporters
are already in Canada and more going to Canada every day. My senior people
have advised me that within the next generation our own people will far
outnumber the Canadian people and once we become the majority we will have
effectively taken control of Canada at that point anyway. Armed takeover of
Canada will be completely unnecessary although Canada’s army would not be much
of a problem anyway. Our operatives have also uncovered that so much of
Canada’s resources are being diverted to build courthouses and fund legal aid
lawyers that the country does not have much money left to invest in its armed
forces, education or health care services. Canada is already going broke.
Our
analysts agree that the destruction of the intact Canadian family which is
the basis of Canadian Society is the key to our takeover of Canada.
In order to help speed up of the destruction of intact Canadian families so
that our people can take over Canada with just a whimper, I would encourage
operatives to utilize as many of the following strategies as part of an all
out plan intended to weaken Canada and provide the opportunity for our
Taliban friends to take over:
Claim refugee status when you come
to Canada. You can tie up Canada’s legal system for years and while you
do this, live off welfare. This will help weaken Canada by tying up its
financial resources so that it cannot help the U.S. in any war efforts in
our part of the world. The amount of money you get on welfare will allow
you to send money back to me as well for more arms.
Send as many of our young women to
women’s shelters so that they can live rent free while in Canada and get
lots of free furniture and clothes. In this way our own families can get
established in Canada at no cost to themselves while taxpayers pick up the
tab.
Encourage as many of our people,
especially our women, to use the welfare system. It’s easy to get on and
pays lots of money to do nothing. This will allow our men to divert more
money into arms in our own part of the world.
Encourage our beautiful young girls to
marry well off Canadian men or the sons of wealthy families and then have
the girls divorce their husbands after having a child. This will result in
a huge financial windfall for our cause. It has been reported back that
mothers in Canada get everything from the man in a divorce. It has been
reported that the women gets the kids, the home and the man’s money. We
have heard that many Canadian men kill themselves during a divorce which is
also good for our cause to eliminate as many Canadian fathers as possible.
The fewer men there are to fight and protect the country, the easier it will
be for us to take over.
Send as many of our people into law
school. Our research people have learned that it is the lawyers and judges
who make the laws in Canada, not the politicians as most dumb Canadians
think. Once many of our people become lawyers will be able to make our own
laws to benefit our Al Qaeda friends and our Taliban way of life.
Encourage gay marriages. Myself
and those on the Supreme Al Qaeda Council still are confused on this issue
and still have not figured out how Canada expects to build a strong nation
with men marrying men and women marrying women but all we do know is that it
seems to be good for our cause. Let Canada become the laughing stock of the
world while we quietly take over using our traditional family values. By
the time Canadians figure out that families form the foundation of a strong
and healthy nation, there won’t be any Canadian families left!
Build strong families and have many
children who will be faithful to our culture and to our god. Unlike these
dumb Canadians, we know that strong families and beliefs based on God make a
strong and prosperous nation. Go forth and multiply and follow the word of
our God.
Build temples to practice our
religion. While Canadian churches go broke and close down, make our temples
prosper. The family and the community is what will make us strong. It
seems that Canadians only think about themselves and the materialistic
possessions that surround them.
Good luck to you all. Follow the tips outlined
above and one day soon, Canada will be ours and ours alone and the
Canadian culture nothing more than something one reads about in a history
book. Even Saddam Hussein would be jealous of how easy we were able to take
over another country. Who needs nuclear and biological weapons when just a
bunch of former lawyers in black robes with little hammers can do a nice
clean job for us. Besides, I’m getting kind of tired living in this dark
cave, so hurry up with our efforts in Canada so I can come over and collect
welfare myself.

Bin Ladin
provocation. Society to Cut Up Men (S.C.U.M.

The
War on Fathers
“From our Friends at the Front”
25th August 2005 A Canadian Dad writes to Canadian
Minister of Justice Irwin Cotler.
Mr. Cotler,
I am a Canadian Father who continues to feel that my human rights are
continually ignored by our country. Our Canada. How is this possible that a
Canadian citizen who is not viewed as a minority is having their human rights
ignored? Simple. I am a divorced dad.
I have some questions related to your speech to the Canadian Association of
Police Boards on 18 August 2005.
1. "The first aspect of this perspective is that trans-national terrorism
constitutes an assault on the security of a democracy and the most fundamental
rights of its inhabitants—the right to life, liberty, and security of the
person. Our commitment to democratic values compels us to respond to this
threat."
Mr Cotler, the fundamental rights of hundreds of thousands of Canadians have
been infringed, by our own 'Justice' Department. What is your action plan to
resolve this Canadian focused issue? (Unfortunately the terrorists in this
case are in Canada).
2. "Minorities must never be singled-out for differential and discriminatory
treatment.” ... "The test of a just society, a society organized around the
principles of equality and human dignity, is how it treats the most vulnerable
of its members: children, women, the elderly, the sick, refugees, minorities,
Aboriginals."
Mr Cotler, if the minorities are never to be singled-out for differential
treatment, then please help me understand how the Canadian 'Family Law' system
mostly (99.99%) listens to one side?
3. "We must aspire to be a society in which no one is left behind, in which
equality is not only an ideal but a constitutional norm, in which we extend a
hand to those disadvantaged and discriminated against, in which we build
bridges rather than erect walls in our multicultural mosaic."
Mr. Cotler, I am asking you as a parent to build a bridge. I am asking you to
hear our voices. I am asking you to not leave behind Canadian Fathers!
4. "This priority is about protecting children against all forms of
exploitation, neglect, and mistreatment. It is about the protection of women's
rights, violence against women, and against the trafficking of women, the new
international slave trade."
Mr. Cotler, The over tone in your speech is that Women are victims therefore
men are the perpetrators. Canadian and US Statistics clearly show that
Domestic Violence is 50% female and 50% male perpetrators There are women's
shelters. No shelters for men. There are services for women. There are
programs (to reform the perpetrator) for men. Equality is all we as Mr.
Cotler. Equality. Treat us, Canadian Fathers, as equals to all other
Canadians. No different.
