Je me suis rendu coupable d’agression sexuelle aujourd’hui bien malgré moi… Lors de mon passage au dépanneur il y avait une jeunesse d’environ 35-40 ans avec un décolleté plongeant, une fraction de seconde… une chance elle ne m’a pas vue… Et quand j’ai quitté il y avait cette autre dame, qui en me retournant j’ai constaté, regardait mes fesses dans mes jeans tout neuf… (houch)

I observe, however, that the damage of which I speak is not from the laying of the charge — this will happen in any event, regardless of the manner in which the defendant is brought before the court. The way that the criminal justice system approaches the commencement of these matters, however, often wreaks family law havoc with the family unit of the defendant and the complainant, and in particular the children of those parties. Family courts decide custody and access issues on the basis of statute and case law defining the best interests of the children. The criminal justice system pays no attention to such interests..."

Christine Saint-Pierre a déclaré s'appuyer sur vos travaux pour affirmer qu'une femme sur trois SERA agressée sexuellement au cours de sa vie. J'aimerais savoir si A) vous appuyez cette affirmation, B) si l'étude qui vous a autorisé à le faire est appuyée par vos pairs (peer approved) et si cette étude est réputée réplicable. Au fait, quel serait le titre de cette étude et quelle en serait la méthodologie?
