La justice valide la garde alternée de l'enfant d'un couple de femmes séparées
Je viens d' être interviewé ce mercredi 23 janvier par Radio France Vaucluse sur le point de vue de notre Union d'association (15 ai je indique) dont la mienne 'ALLO PAPA MAMAN" en ce qui concerne la prise de position de l'europe sur l'adoption homo ( sur indication de Jean Luc à Avignon de " Enfants = Papa + Maman").
J'ai indique notre *désaccord fondamental a*_u nom de l'interet de l'enfant a etre eleve par ses deux parents naturels en rappelant que dans la nature *la norme *de la creation est l'association d'un principe feminin *et* d'un autre masculin, et que pour les petits d' Homme leur meilleur equilibre est lie à leur presence educative ensemble ou simultanee.
A l'objection "si il y a des enfants à adopter, on peut les donner aux GL qui en veulent" , j ' ai indique que les enfants devaient etre confié à un couple contitue d'un homme et d' une femme qui approchent au mieux le couple naturel.
Que le fait d'etre homo ne constituait aucun droit pas plus qu' à quiconque voulant adopter, et sur la derive de marchandisation des enfants comme aux USA.
J'ai indique que j'avais ete en Assises temoigner en faveur d' un pere devenu homo et prive de ses enfants nes dans le cadre de sa vie antérieure hetero ( la justice a suivi la mere qui a utilise son homosexualité pour lui retirer ses gosses).J'ai precise que les GL n'etaient pas plus concernés que n'importe quel adoptant potentiel, qu' il ne sagissait pas d'une position _contre les GL _ou autres quemandeurs d'enfants (je ne l'ai pas dit ainsi mais je le precise aux pro-GL destinataires de ce message) _mais pour l'enfant,_ qui lui a droit *à* ses deux vrais parents et que n'existe *aucun* droit à l'enfant.
A la question sur le "retard" de la France, j' ai dit que nous cherchions à enrayer à une derive commencee avec la possibilité donnee à un celibataire d'adopter un petit dans les annees 1974 et que cette exception ne devait pas devenir la regle.
